Nothing Maybe About Win Win Win's Preakness Run
Live Oak Plantation's homebred Win Win Win is definately headed to the 144th Gr.1 Preakness Stakes, confirmed his trainer Michael Trombetta.
Win Win Win, ninth in the Gr.1 Kentucky Derby, has been returned to Trombetta's home base at Fair Hill Training Center.
Win Win Win qualified for the Kentucky Derby field after finishing third in the Gr.2 South Tampa Bay Derby and second in the Gr.2 Blue Grass Stakes at Keeneland. Win Win Win launched his career last fall with a pair of victories before finishing second behind Alwaysmining Heft Stakes at Laurel.
Previously, Trombetta has saddled one Preakness runner, Sweetnorthernsaint, who was second behind Bernardini in 2006.
