The daughter of Scandal Keeper and Brocky’s Ace was not on Justin Warwick’s shortlist when he went into the 2015 Magic Millions Perth Sale.
But the prices were low was right and he took home her for A$10,000 along with several others who were not on the original plan.

The former trainer says goodbye to his favourite 5YO mare with great sadness on day one of the Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale.
The mare, who is being prepared for sale by Attunga Stud, came east after winning four of nine starts in WA, when trained by Warwick, including the Listed Rangeview Stud Stakes, with her biggest success coming in the Group Two Sapphire Stakes (2018).
Now in the care of Peter and Paul Snowden, she has returned to top form in the lead-up to Millions sale with victory in the Listed Bright Shadow Stakes and a second placing in the Group Three Moreton Stakes last Saturday.
Quilista will go through as lot 929 on an opening day restricted to fillies and mares straight off the racetrack, or with potential to race on, which will be followed by three days of selling broodmares.
