Review - Breeders' Cup Juvenile
E Five Racing Thoroughbreds and Stonestreet Stables’ Good Magic, who entered the race as a maiden, exploded past Solomini in upper stretch and drew off to a 4 1/4-length victory in the 34th running of the $2 million Breeders’ Cup Juvenile at Del Mar racetrack.
The victory was the 10th for Brown in the Breeders’ Cup, but first in the Sentient Jet Juvenile. It was the second Breeders’ Cup victory for Ortiz and first in the Juvenile.
Good Magic came first followed closely by Solomini and Bolt D’Oro at second and third positions respectively.
